AMERICAN LYRIC SINGING COMPETITION

This is a special form to register paying later. Complete the following form by filling in all the spaces correctly and faithfully. For the document to be accepted, it must contain all the data indicated in it. You must also send a photo of the identity document requested in the "Contest Rules" and the links of the required audiovisual material.
