AMERICAN LYRIC SINGING COMPETITION

Complete the following form by filling in all the spaces correctly and faithfully. For the document to be accepted, it must contain all the data indicated in it. You must also send a photo of the identity document requested in the "Contest Rules" and the links of the required audiovisual material.   

Important:  Once the form is completed, the registration payment is made for a value of $40 (Forty US dollars) which can be made with Mastercard, Visa and American Express debit or credit cards. It will be processed safely by our provider Tilopay. When you click the "Make payment" button, you will be directed and you must fill in the data for the payment, if you have problems with the transaction, please do not exceed 4 attempts to make the payment.
