We present Orfeo IV Concurso de Canto Lírico de América 2024. On this edition, we extend the opportunity to all singers of the American continent. The competition also includes master classes and concerts, we seek to support the career of young professionals or those in the process of becoming one, stimulating their development within an environment of artistic demand, transparency, cordiality and respect. Apart from the three main awards we have two honorable mentions and special recognitions.

On behalf of ORFEO - Lyric Singing Competition of America, I am pleased to welcome you to this third edition, which we managed to schedule after the difficult period of the pandemic. The competition precisely wants to serve as a means to make known to the world the highly appreciated artistic values of opera. Offer opportunities to young talents from our continent with the possibility of being heard by the Qualifying Jury, made up of sector experts from all of America and Italy; in addition to receiving valuable advice and having direct contacts with such distinguished Masters.
