Robert Grayson is the Kirkpatrick Distinguished Professor of Voice at LSU where he chaired the Voice/Opera Division for 31 years.
A leading tenor at New York City Opera for a decade, his recording of Antony & Cleopatra (Barber) won a coveted GRAMMY.
Grayson is a Puccini specialist who is likewise noted for his “Faust” in MEFISTOFELE, “Don Jose” in CARMEN and “Pollione” in NORMA.
Grayson has produced notable singers including Lisette Oropesa, Paul Groves, Chad Shelton, Matt Morgan, Noel Bouley and Meroe Adeeb. His current online voice studio encompasses professionals and young artists from England, Ireland, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Canada, and Mexico, and the USA.
